The brand name "NO.b" combines the initials of Naoko Okusa, the publisher (director), "NO", with "b" from Okusa's favorites: "book, beer, black, beach." The brand aims to be filled with surprise and joy "issue after issue," incorporating the real feelings of busy daily life, the excitement of proposing styles that are slightly ahead of their time, and the atmosphere of the era. This second collection is themed around "black."
