Shipping information
If you order both in-stock items and pre-order/made-to-order items at the same time, they will be shipped together(in-stock item is shipped when pre-order/made-to-order is ready). So please order separately if you wish in-stock them to be shipped immediately.
Change of Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address due to an input error or change of address, please request the shipping company to change the shipping address by yourself after the product is shipped. *Transfer fees may be charged separately.
Or, if it is within one hour after the order is completed, please cancel the order by yourself and purchase again with the correct address.

1. Shipping information

The shipping fee is 330 yen (tax included) for shipping a single magazine (1 issue) via Nekopos, and 660 yen (tax included) nationwide for shipping other products via courier service.
If the total order amount is 10,000 yen (including tax) or more, we will deliver it anywhere in Japan for free.
In the case of overseas shipping, please check the shipping fee that is automatically calculated on the checkout page as it varies depending on the delivery area and weight.

2. About exchanges and returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges of products due to customer's convenience.

3. about the items in the cart

Please note that even if an item is placed in your cart, the inventory is not reserved for you until you complete payment. (Even if an item can be added to your cart, if another customer completes payment first, the item may be sold out when you proceed to the purchase page.)
