"RED CARD TOKYO" is a modified version of the "Manoa," which was released in 2024 and quickly became a huge hit, in an AMARC style. The AMARC original shirt dress can be worn on its own or as a jacket .

RED CARD TOKYO's popular denim "Manoa" is now available in an AMARC exclusive!
The collaboration denim with "RED CARD TOKYO" is back again this year! This time, it is based on "Manoa", which was developed based on the theme of "easy denim to wear in midsummer" , and has been modified to add an AMARC touch.
✓What is Manoa?
Manoa is one of RED CARD TOKYO's new summer staple "Aero Jeans" . It uses a lightweight "cotton x polyester" fabric so that you can wear denim comfortably even in summer. In contrast to the lightness of the fabric, it has been processed to give it a denim-like appearance , creating the original look of denim. In addition, by intentionally creating unevenness in the warp threads, it gives off the atmosphere of vintage denim from the 1950s . Another point is that it is processed by skilled craftsmen to naturally express the look that will appear when worn for a long time.
Non-stretch fabrics have a negative image of being stiff and difficult to wear, but Manoa's fabric is loosely woven, so it is light and soft while still being thick, making it extremely comfortable to wear. In addition, the polyester blend makes it moisture-wicking and quick-drying .
✓Silhouette
The silhouette is a simple straight silhouette that does not show the lines of your legs and has a relaxed feel , so you can wear it comfortably even in the sweaty season.
✓ Design points
Manoa pants are mid to high rise . If the rise is too high, it can feel tight around the stomach, but adding elastic to the waist reduces that tightness . Also, to make the hip line look beautiful, the elastic is intentionally placed on the side, not the back. To prevent the elastic from shrinking too much and ruining the silhouette, or from becoming loose while wearing it, the elastic is made wider and slapped to make it look beautiful from all angles.
Making the entire pants out of elastic gives them a more "easy" feel, but by using it on both sides it becomes a design point, giving you a relaxed feel while still retaining the sturdy image of denim pants.

① Make the color original
We selected a refreshing "middle blue" color that is not used in RED CARD TOKYO's original Manoa. Because the silhouette and design are casual, we chose an exquisite blue that is neither too deep nor too light so that it can be easily worn by those who prefer a more "stylish" look.
②Three-rolled hem
The hem of the original RED CARD TOKYO item is cut off, but for the AMARC special edition, it is rolled three times and then stitched. By doing so, just like the color, we have reduced the casual feel, making the design easy to try for people of all ages, body types, and tastes .
3. Buttons and rivets in silver. <br>To create a light and cool image, the buttons and rivets are silver to match the color of the body.
✓ Size selection
The key is to choose the exact size, not a smaller size to accommodate the side elastic. Manoa is not a tight silhouette, so if you go down a size, it may feel tight. If you already own RED CARD TOKYO jeans, choose the same size.
Because the fabric is soft, if you raise the waist too high, it will show your hips. The rise itself is deep, but it is designed to be worn just at the waist and with the length longer . Therefore, if you choose a size that fits your waist and hips, you can wear it with a beautiful silhouette.
It is lighter than 100% cotton and you will be surprised at how comfortable it is when you pick it up or wear it. With this one item, you can enjoy denim comfortably even in hot weather.
*Naoko Okusa is 161.8cm tall. She chooses size 24 for most of the RED CARD TOKYO jeans, and is wearing a size 24 this time as well.
