About downloading receipt data

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of AMARC LIFE STORE.
We will notify you regarding the issue of receipts. If you would like a receipt, you can now download it yourself. Regarding the download method, please check the following.


- If you purchase without registering as a member ① -
Download from "Order completion page"

Click the "Download PDF Receipt" button under "Receipt Download" listed on the order completion page to issue and download in PDF format.

- If you purchase without registering as a member ② -
Download from "Order completion email"

You can also download it from the email with the subject line "Thank you for your order" that is automatically sent by the system when your order is completed. Click the "Download Receipt" button in the email to issue and download the receipt in PDF format.

*If you have set e-mail reception restrictions to prevent spam, etc., you may not be able to receive e-mails. (Please set your device to receive emails from the domain "@amarclifestore.com".)

- If you are a registered member and purchased while logged in -
Download from "My Page"

If you are a registered member and purchased while logged in, you can download from My Page.

When you click on your order history while logged in, on the right side of the order history screen you will see an item labeled "Receipt" and a section labeled "Download." Click "Download" to publish and download in PDF format.

*Downloads are only available for orders whose payment status is "Paid".

【Notes】
・The receipt data web display service is a screen display of electronically held receipt data. It is no different from a traditional receipt in terms of proving receipt details, but since it is an electronic document, it is not subject to stamp tax even if printed. Please check in advance whether the displayed, downloaded, or printed forms can be used for accounting purposes, etc.

-Customers cannot change the address (orderer information) or proviso (as the item charge) by themselves.

・If you wish to change the address or proviso, do not have a printer and cannot print, or would like to issue paper by mail, please contact us using the inquiry form .
